 These just are some ideas to get you started.  First of all, is the sex of the baby a girl or boy?  If it's a girl, try to stick with colors like pink, traditionally associated with the female gender in the United States.  You can take a generic image, and add some basic color to make it fit your shower.  So, perhaps a stork carrying a baby wrapped in a pink blanket.  If it's a boy, it would be a blue blanket.  Some ideas for the graphics are; baby cribs, baby in a crib with a teddy bear, different colored diaper pins, baby sucking on a pacifier or bottle, stuffed animals, or rubber duckies.

 It is helpful to keep in mind that these tags are going to be used most likely for your party invitations, and if you're using a theme should try to stick to it.  When you add text to your invitation, keep it short and keep it simple.  In fact, just using different colored baby blocks with the words “you’re invited” or "thank you" along with a graphic for your baby shower theme will work just fine.  If you're not that good on a computer, and did not know how to use software that deals with graphics and text, you can go to your local Kinko's or your local library, where they should have somebody available who is very computer literate and would be happy to help you with your needs.
